Charlotte Jorst is a celebrated Grand Prix dressage rider and international competitor who has made a remarkable impact on the sport through elite performance, thoughtful horsemanship, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Danish-born and now representing the United States in FEI competition, Charlotte began riding later in life but has risen to become one of the most respected figures in dressage, competing successfully at the highest levels of the sport.  

Charlotte’s competitive journey includes representing the U.S. at the FEI World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses, competing at the 2016 FEI Dressage World Cup Finals, and helping the United States dressage team secure bronze and gold medals at FEI Nations Cup competitions. Her partnership with standout horses such as Kastel’s Nintendo, as well as more recent successes aboard Zhaplin Langholt, highlights her consistency, precision, and ability to develop horses through progressive training and international competition.  

Beyond the arena, Charlotte combines her competitive career with entrepreneurial leadership as the creator of Kastel Denmark, a sun-protective equestrian and lifestyle apparel line born from her own experience overcoming skin cancer and her desire to support riders with functional, protective clothing.  

In 2026, Charlotte expanded her impact with a strategic collaboration between Show Chic and Kastel Denmark, joining forces to make elite equestrian education, performance guidance, and practical resources more accessible to riders across disciplines and levels. This partnership reflects her belief that high-level insight should be available to the broader equestrian community, helping riders elevate their performance and deepen their understanding of the sport.
