Lee Tubman is a rare professional who combines top-level experience as a Grand Prix dressage rider, international coach, and FEI 4★ judge. A former Canadian National Grand Prix Champion and Olympic long-listed rider, Lee has competed internationally and coached riders from grassroots levels through championship and medal-winning teams.

With over 35 years of judging experience, Lee holds credentials as an FEI Young Horse Judge, USDF “S” Judge, and Equestrian Canada “S” Judge. He has officiated at many of the sport’s most prestigious events, including CDI and CDIO Nations Cups, Dressage at Devon, and Pan American Games trials across North and South America.

At Show Chic, Lee offers riders direct access to a judge’s eye. His educational focus helps riders understand what judges truly reward, improve decision-making, and train with clarity—bridging the gap between home schooling and competition success.
