Lisa Wilcox is one of the most accomplished American dressage riders of her generation, with a career defined by international podium finishes, championship medals, and consistent success at the Grand Prix level. She is a team bronze medalist at the 2004 Olympic Games and a team silver medalist at the 2002 World Equestrian Games, establishing herself as a key contributor to the United States’ presence on the global dressage stage.

Lisa rose to prominence while training in Germany, where she spent over a decade developing her craft under legendary horsemen. During this time, she and her renowned partner Relevant became one of the most successful combinations in international dressage, earning multiple CDI Grand Prix victories, top finishes at World Cup qualifiers, and consistent rankings among the world’s elite riders. She was a regular member of U.S. Nations Cup teams, contributing to numerous team successes across Europe.

Her competitive record includes appearances at the Olympic Games, World Equestrian Games, and FEI World Cup Finals, along with a long list of international wins and podium finishes. Known for her precision and consistency, Lisa has demonstrated an exceptional ability to perform under pressure on the world’s biggest stages.

Beyond her own riding career, Lisa has developed and trained numerous horses from young prospects to Grand Prix, including standout horses like Pikko del Cerro HU, a multi-time U.S. Developing Horse Champion. Her program reflects a deep commitment to correct fundamentals, rideability, and long-term development, producing horses that succeed both nationally and internationally.
